White Strand, is a scenic near-white sandy beach located along the beautiful Ring of Kerry in Cahersiveen This beach is about 500 m long and makes it a popular spot for swimming during the summer months. A taste of Hollywood without going to the US

If you’d like to be able to say you have been to the set of a Star Wars movie… well Skellig Michael might just hold the key to that. Scenes from ‘The Last Jedi’ and ‘The Force Awakens’ were filmed here! The Skellig Islands also has plenty more to offer with its rocky islets that is reached by steep steps, and is known for its well-preserved early Christian monastery.

Some of Kerry’s golf courses rank among the best in the world and has some of the most oustanding courses that jut out on to the Atlantic Ocean. Killarney Golf and Fishing Club has three 18-hole parkland courses and counts Rory McIlRoy, Graeme McDowell, Padraig Harrington, Nick Faldo and Colin Montgomerie among its past players. Waterville is rated among the top 5 courses in Ireland and its own Championship links has hosted many of the world’s top ranking golfers, such as Tiger Woods, David Duval, Mark O’Meara and the late Payne Stewart.

As you travel from rugged coastline to charming villages and buzzing towns, you can do it all in a day, or go slow, savor the sights and get off the beaten track.
